Is it true that we are poorer than clean

Is this true?
==comments==
it a very good reading。。 thank SK
ya。。 the riches will get richer and the poor will get poorer。。 I think the worst is the middle income like many of us。。 eat not full, but still wouldnt starve to death kind。。 I am very surprise to see that even a low wage normal worker in other country earn more then us。。 now I feel that I am more poor then before。。。
when I first heard the news of Singapore is the most expensive country in the world。。 in my mind I was thinking would my company increase our salary?? of cos they dont, every year the boss will say this year tough year, never earn money。。 so no bonus。。 in fact I have not been taking my bonus since 2010。。 every year only 13month and only pay just 1 week before CNY。。
The writer also mention that most Singapore choose to die and refuse to accept treatment, I would say this is very true。。 here the link I copy from the page
I have already told my wife this。。 if one day I got cancer, pls dont force me to go hospital。。 I rather die in peace and knowing that after I die, my family will not have to pay high hospitalization or medication fees。 Then I would really RIP。
>The sad truth of us all if we or family members are sick, bro。

>One thing i observed in Thailand, the ppl there arent rich but their lifestyle seem carefree and i feel they r alot happier than us。 U can try eye contact with any folk there and there will return u a smile ! D
Might be becos they r easily contented ppl。 As we r aware east northern Thailand is more rural and consider poorer area。 But what amazed me is, u never find old ppl working/cleaning table/collect garan guni/sell tissue/drink stall helper。 Also never will u comeby someone asking u for $2 out of nowhere。
Patronizing stall with long queue of customers, the helpers still well composed,Is it true that we are poorer than cleaner in Norway politely greet u and take down order。
Our country is healthy outside but sick inside。 Sad but true。
>A high tech and rich country dosent means that the people will feel very happy 。。
>You can see the news which they encouraged older people to work but the screen shots showed were floor and table cleaners, these are they expect the seniors to work as?
Now they wanted to increase the retirement age from 65 to 67
>No choice no work no money。 Also as you get older, your value dropped, this is true。 Also very difficult to get decent job if over 50。 Can forget about you old type of work and pay。
Also if they employ you after 62, they will cut your pay by 30% (in gahment service), but workload still the same, not too sure if they corrected this or still the same。
mind you, 30% if alot hor。 $2000 pay become $1400, and after cpf etc, worst。。。。。。
>The living standard is getting higher and higher, the younger generations will find hard to earn a decent income to feed the whole family。
Combine income for a family of 2 adults and 1 kid at least 4k to consider a humble living, not to mentioned of having a car, travelling or frequent dining outside。
It will just enough to sustain daily needs, house utilities, transport, allowances, HP bills, arowana broadband and other minor expenses, maybe a little saving but if fall sicks need long term medication or hospitalisation then jialuct liao。
Old folks could hardly rely on their kid to have a golden retirement with carefree and enjoyable life, unless those premium white collar who earn above 100k per annum but then this group of high income earner also have their other forms of commitment and will join in to KPKB say money not enough hahaha。。。。
I have to agree with bro Fish Love, natives from developing countries are living happier as they are easily contended peoples。
People who live within their means and contended with what they have are the most happy peoples。
Local peoples。。。。difficult to achieve this, many will pursue to match the influences and trend to own whatever people have, small head but with big dream to wear giant hat。
They think can make it throughout but when unexpected thing arises, die cock stand。

Is it true that we are poorer than clean AROWANA Forum Many living examples and sad to say this is the hidden ugly dark side。
We dont blame the younger generations because older generations didnt set an good example as well, previously retirement at 55 and withdraw lump sum of CPF and suppose to have a decent retirement but minority of this group set a negative demo such as spend their CPF on Safra jackpot, cruise casino, affair with CMM, VMM, IMM and Pinoy MM, within months or a year。。。everything gone and some landed on the ground of the HDB flat from a free fall。
All these are the man make disaster and become a burden to garment。
Garment make use of this opportunity to extend the retirement age and came out with a brilliant idea of annuity funding for retirement, officially to inform you - "; kiss goodbye to your hard earn CPF";。
Who to blame???
That is why peoples always say, hero will die under a skirt, no matter how powerful he is。
Those so call hero got to suffer for life, throw out and disowned by their family。。。。social service take over

Our country is healthy outside but sick inside。 Sad but true。 I have to agreed to certain extend, these ppl in other country does not live in high standard country like singapore。 Whereas here everything is expensive, and we most live with luxury of big houses, cars, holiday travel, shopping etc etc。 That is why ppl here are not contented as always money not enough。 So the question is can singaporean live without all these luxuries?? The answer is cannot loh。
When u have kids, and kids need to go to school, tuition and other extra lesson just to cope with the educational standard, can you dont send them to all these lesson? The answer is cannot loh。。 cos if you dont do it。。。 your kids will ended up in those lousy class whereas teacher also dont really care。 School now only focus on those top students so that they can score many As and school can show off in the news and up bring their school name and branding。 Then where to find money to send kids to all these lesson? ?
Worst if you are late in marriage and have kids only after 40。 Then which mean you need to work at least until 65 before your kids can be financial independent。 And what if your children did not do well and still need you to support them in money。。 I really dont dare to think about it。。 that why old folk in singapore still need to work。 。 But who will employ them??? They will end up in collecting boxes, drink cans, petrol station, coffeeshop cleaner etc etc。
